 |  Slotlandia is imminent the appointment with the largest Italian exhibition dedicated to Hobby Slot.
The 8th Edition of Slotlandia be held in September, 25th to 27th in the Novegro Exhibition Park (very close to Milan and Linate Airport), is preparing to be even richer and more fun.
In addition to the already-established Italian Manufacturers, Slotlandia has intrigued many foreign exhibitors who have honored us with their presence, also giving us the chance to try their latest news.
But Slotlandia is not only an exhibition, each exhibitor, conscious of maintaining the original idea of this event will share and entertain the general public with their products.
Slotlandia is a massive range of looks and plays, a large Amusement Park dedicated to the Hobby Slot.
There will be races for the experts of the Slot Club and for those who practice Slot at home.
But there will be races for those who do not know this Fantastic Hobby. We think for sure that, as every year, we will find new Slot fans. I know lot of Slot racers, who have discovered or rediscovered the Slot through Slotlandia.
Firstly, if you want to participate, I give you a 'smattering' of the races program.
The main races will be in three tracks:
- 8-lanes Ninco track dedicated to 1:32 scale-
- 6-lanes wooden track for the 1:24 scale (the same used for the European Plafit Championship)
- 6-lane Scalextric track
Friday 25th
- practice sessions on all tracks
- Scalextric Challenge GT (race car magnets fixed stroke where you win many prizes, including cars)
Saturday 26th
- First 1:24 Plafit Official Endurance Race of Italy
- Slot.it European Endurance Championship to be settled
- Top Racer (race to call with the Ford P68)
- Scalextric Challenge GT
Sunday 27th
- 1:24 Endurance Race of the BRM Challenge World Final
- NSR Trophy Abarth
- Challenge Scalextric GT-UK
In addition there will be:
- a Racer-Slot.it track with wired telemetry (timing with headphone), on which to try the Riley MkII Sideways, the Racer and the Slot.it cars.
- a track on which test the bends withfantastic Bycmo Motorcycles
- Rally-Raid track on which run to fight the record in the special time trial with the Suzuky Quad or the MAN Raid Truck MAN by Avant Slot.
- Ninco put in tests on dedicated track, the innovative Xlot scale 1:28, the robust Ninco 1 and the new series Ninco Sports.
- On the Ostorero movable track will stage the Dream Slot with their futuristic bodywork.
- SlotWorld will provide a Carrera track with the DIGITAL WIRELESS system.
Other trails are being finalized, will keep you abreast of developments and, in the coming days, well do a rundown on the exhibitors. Unfortunately, we cant reveal the real news, or we will be hanged.

The races in which the pre-registration is mandatory as there will be able to get the pass and enter before opening time at the fair are:

For those who want to participate to the race, but doesnt own a 1:24 Plafit car, there will be available rental Ready To Race cars service.
- BRM 1:24 Challenge Endurance Race World Final
BRM Model Car admitted: All BRM Porsche 962C / Porsche 962 IMSA
Race Direction will supply for the Race:
- 1 x S-021SS rear wheel with sponge tires
- 1 x S-033 T-RS Evo motor

Brass shaped weights have to be placed in the correct position; they could be stacked, but not cut.
- NSR Abarth Trophy
Sprint Race with the new Abarth 500 Assetto Corsa provided by NSR
The indicative costs for the Endurance Races are 50 Euro each Team inclusive a free pass with three days value. 15 Euro for each Driver in NSR Sprint Race.
The entries must be sent to Giacomo, stating:
- Type race in which they will participate.
- Name of Team (also provisional) with phone crew chief for urgent communications
- names of Driver(s)
Inscriptions with incomplete data will be discarded.
